Ingredients
- 12.35 oz ridged sedanini
- 7.05 oz sweet bacon
- 3 zucchini
- 2 tbsps fresh spreadable cheese
- 1 shallot (small)
- as needed extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Heat a small amount of extra virgin olive oil in a wok, add the minced shallot, combine the grated zucchini and diced bacon, salt, mix well, cover with a lid, and cook for about 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
If the sauce becomes too dry, add a splash of cooking water.
Meanwhile, cook the sedanini in a pot with plenty of salted water.
Once cooked, drain them and add them to the wok with the bacon and zucchini
Add the fresh spreadable cheese and stir for a few minutes.
