Ingredients for Cannelloni with Ricotta and Spinach:
- 10 egg-free cannelloni
- 1 cup cups ricotta
- 1 cup cups spinach
- 3.5 oz oz mozzarella
- 3.5 oz oz tomato puree
- 1.75 oz oz cheese (Grated)
- salt
- nutmeg
- garlic
- extra virgin olive oil

In a bowl, combine the ricotta, cooked, cooled, and chopped spinach, a little salt, nutmeg, garlic powder, and mix. Finally, add the grated cheese.
Fill the empty cannelloni with the cream using a piping bag. Arrange them in a baking dish. Add the tomato puree, a bit of oregano, salt, and garlic.
Put pieces of mozzarella on top, a little salt, and some grated cheese. Cook at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
