Recipe for Cashew Spread
Find this recipe in the Vegan Recipes collection
Start preparing the cashew spread by soaking the cashews overnight.
Alternatively, you can boil them for about ten minutes.
Drain them on a kitchen towel and dry them well.Transfer the cashews to the food processor and add the salt, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast.
Continue with 3-4 tablespoons of water and the juice of half a lemon.Blend everything at maximum speed until you get a smooth and compact cream.
It will take about 5 minutes.Transfer the cashew spread to a bowl and use it immediately for your recipes.
