Shrimp with Bell Peppers and Cherry Tomatoes
A very simple and quick recipe to prepare, made in a pan in just a few minutes. I chose to pair the shrimp with bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and spices and cook them in a pan instead of the oven. I must say it turned out to be a lovely recipe that was very much appreciated. If cooking shrimp the same way all the time bores you, try this recipe that you can also include in your Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve dinner menu!

Steps
The preparation of shrimp with bell peppers and cherry tomatoes is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a pan, put some oil, garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté. Add the cherry tomatoes and cleaned and washed shrimp (I only used the tails, but you can add them whole or fully peeled if you prefer).
Cook for a few minutes, then deglaze with wine. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and other spices to taste.
Cook for another 1/2 minute, then add parsley and turn off the heat.
Enjoy your meal!
