The low-carb sandwich with almonds is a great protein bread made from almond flour, gluten-free and lactose-free. Great for filling with hamburgers or simply with some grilled vegetables. This light and fluffy low-carb sandwich is quickly and manually prepared, furthermore, it rises directly in the oven.

Ingredients
- 1.75 oz psyllium
- 5 oz almond flour
- 2 tsps vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 3 egg whites
- as needed sesame
- 1 tsp baking powder
Tools

- 1 Baking tray
- 1 Spoon
- 1 Whisk
Procedure
In a bowl, pour the almond flour, psyllium, and baking powder.
Mix well with a whisk to combine the ingredients.
Add the egg whites and vinegar, then gradually the warm water, mixing with a spatula.
When the mixture begins to dry, knead by hand.
Form a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Divide into six pieces and shape into a round sandwich.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven and let cool before opening.
