Chicken Broth with Fresh Pasta
Another recipe from my childhood that I loved and still love to eat today. I like most broths, which as you know, are never missing in Romania, a bit like pasta in Italy, but this one in particular is DELICIOUS! A very simple recipe that we can prepare for these cold days!

Ingredients for Chicken Broth with Fresh Pasta:
- 1 chicken
- onion
- celery
- carrot
- peppers
- salt
- celeriac
- parsley
- 3 cups tomato puree
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup flour
Steps

First, boil the chicken for about 30 minutes and remove the foam. In the meantime, wash, clean, and chop the vegetables, and add them. Also, add the tomato puree,
Add spices to taste and cook for another 30 minutes. If necessary, add more water. In a bowl, place the flour, egg, a little salt, and knead. You should get a smooth dough
then roll it out, fold it, and cut it to the desired size. 5 minutes before the end of cooking
add the pasta and the chopped parsley.
