Pumpkin Flower Fritters

The first question I asked when buying the flowers was whether they were pumpkin or zucchini flowers. The explanation… pumpkin flowers have softer colors and smaller sizes than zucchini flowers, so there were pumpkin flowers on the counter. Having already cooked the Stuffed Zucchini Flower Cannoli, for this recipe I prepared some Pumpkin Flower Fritters, very simple and quick.
