Ossobuco📌 simple recipe
A great classic of Milanese cuisine famous throughout Italy and beyond. Ossobuco is usually made from beef, rarely from turkey. The traditional recipe requires a long and slow cooking process, I simplified it a bit with this version to facilitate preparation and shorten the time. This recipe is perfect for this time of year!!

- veal shank

In a pan, add some oil, clean, wash and chop the onion then add it. Sauté while stirring occasionally. Deglaze with a little white wine.
Meanwhile, make small cuts on the veal shank and add it. Add some butter and cook for a few minutes. Turn it over.
Add the vegetable broth and cook for about an hour. After about 30 minutes, turn it over and continue cooking for another half hour. Once ready, serve it immediately with some sauce!
