Oven-Baked Lamb

Ingredients for the oven-baked lamb:
- lamb (Leg)
- salt
- garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- white wine
- thyme
- paprika
- oregano
- pepper
Steps
The preparation of oven-baked lamb is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
Clean and crush the garlic and massage the meat. Add a bit of oil, pepper, paprika
Add some thyme and massage. Do the same on the other side. Place it in the pan. Add some wine.
Add a bit of water. Cover the meat with parchment paper then with aluminum foil and bake at 300°F for about 2 hours (depending on the size of the leg)
then uncover and bake for another 30 min at 350°F.
