Coconut Tiramisu, a lactose-free and egg-free delicacy. A delicious cream made with coconut milk and vegetable cream, flavored with vanilla, is light and tasty. This coconut tiramisu has a soft and creamy texture that will appeal to the whole family. The coconut is the fruit of the coconut palm, a typical plant of tropical countries, and nothing is wasted from this plant. Even the non-edible parts are used, with the leaves being used to produce baskets, mats, hats, while the wood is used for making objects. From the coconut palm, low glycemic index sugar is extracted, while in some tropical countries, coconut milk is the nourishment for infants. Coconut oil is also extracted, a great ally both in the kitchen and in cosmetics.
