Hazelnut-filled Chocolates
Delicious chocolate hemispheres filled with a mix of hazelnut cream, hazelnuts, and milk chocolate. As soon as I made them, they disappeared in the blink of an eye, so I suggest you try them. A very simple recipe that we can prepare both in the cool season and during the Christmas holidays where chocolate is never missing at the end of a meal next to panettone/pandoro! It can also be a nice idea for making little gifts for friends and family!

- 5.3 oz milk chocolate
- 2.1 oz hazelnut cream
- 1.8 oz chopped hazelnuts

The preparation of the hazelnut-filled chocolates is very easy and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, melt the chocolate and put it in the molds, spread over the entire surface, and turn them upside down on a rack to let excess chocolate drain out. Let the chocolate harden for a few minutes.
In the meantime, melt the milk chocolate, add the hazelnut cream, the chopped hazelnuts, and mix. Put the obtained mixture in a pastry bag without a nozzle
fill the molds. Gently tap the mold and let it harden, then cover with a thin layer of dark chocolate. Level and let harden well in the fridge, then remove them from the molds.
