Delicious chocolate hemispheres filled with a mix of hazelnut cream, hazelnuts, and milk chocolate. As soon as I made them, they disappeared in the blink of an eye, so I suggest you try them. A very simple recipe that we can prepare both in the cool season and during the Christmas holidays where chocolate is never missing at the end of a meal next to panettone/pandoro! It can also be a nice idea for making little gifts for friends and family!

Ingredients for the hazelnut-filled chocolates:

  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate
  • 5.3 oz milk chocolate
  • 2.1 oz hazelnut cream
  • 1.8 oz chopped hazelnuts

Steps

The preparation of the hazelnut-filled chocolates is very easy and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • First, melt the chocolate and put it in the molds, spread over the entire surface, and turn them upside down on a rack to let excess chocolate drain out. Let the chocolate harden for a few minutes.

  • In the meantime, melt the milk chocolate, add the hazelnut cream, the chopped hazelnuts, and mix. Put the obtained mixture in a pastry bag without a nozzle

  • fill the molds. Gently tap the mold and let it harden, then cover with a thin layer of dark chocolate. Level and let harden well in the fridge, then remove them from the molds.

  • Enjoy your meal!
