Yogurt and Tuna Deviled Eggs

in

Appetizer incredibly easy to make perfect for any occasion but especially during times of the year like Easter when it’s always important to prepare special dishes to serve.

There are numerous combinations and really fun variations, but this time I wanted to create these finger foods to be eaten in one bite. You won’t need much time to prepare them, at most 20 minutes, and especially you’ll need few simple ingredients that are tasty.

The process involves preparing the hard-boiled eggs that are then shelled and cut in half. Their filling will be made from the same yolk mixed with yogurt and canned tuna for an amazing result.

For yogurt and tuna deviled eggs

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 canned tuna
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt sauce
  • as needed chives
  • as needed sesame

  • Pot
  • Knife

Steps

  • To start, bring the water to a boil in a small pot, then immerse the eggs and boil on high heat for 10 minutes

  • After cooking, take the eggs and shell them. If the eggs are too hot, immerse them for a few minutes in cold water

  • Next, cut the hard-boiled eggs in half with a sharp knife delicately

  • At this point, separate the yolks from the whites, placing them into a bowl

  • Proceed by mashing the yolks with a fork evenly

  • To continue, add a tablespoon of yogurt sauce and mix everything

  • Then add the tuna as well, and similarly mix everything to create a mixture that is not too liquid. Add more yogurt if necessary

  • To finish, fill the eggs with the stuffing, placing them inside a baking dish or plate

  • Finally, garnish with chives, sesame seeds, and serve

Tip!

You can also use Greek yogurt if you can’t find ready-made sauce.
