Storage
It is preferable to consume cocoa rice pudding freshly prepared.
However, you can store it in the fridge for up to one day, just reheat it with a bit of milk.
Tips
Chocolate rice pudding can be made with any type of chocolate chips you like or have available.
You can flavor cocoa rice pudding with vanilla bean instead of vanilla extract, or you can add cinnamon, anise seeds, orange zest, etc.
Recommended rice is Carnaroli, but you can use whatever you have on hand.
If you want a crunchy touch, you can add crushed nuts of your choice.
