Cheese Tartlets
Delicious cheese tartlets with cooked ham, olives, and plenty of spices! These tartlets are very easy to make and perfect to bring to our tables as a very particular appetizer, different from the usual ones. Ingredients for the Cheese Tartlets:
- 10.5 oz fresh cheese (Ricotta)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1.75 oz olives
- 1.75 oz cooked ham
- salt
- 12 gelatin
- turmeric powder
- dill
- parsley
- paprika

In a saucepan, place the cheese, milk, and heat. Add spices to taste (garlic, salt, turmeric, paprika, etc.). Add the gelatin previously soaked in cold water and well squeezed.
Allow to melt and turn off the heat. Coarsely chop the olives, cooked ham, and add them. Also, add the chopped parsley and dill.
Mix and place the obtained mixture into molds. Let it cool in the fridge for a few hours.
