Stuffed Burgers with Salami and Cheese

in

These burgers are the result of an idea linked to a childhood memory of mine. So let me tell you a short anecdote about when my mother would buy similar stuffed burgers from her trusted butcher. Specifically, they were called “bricks” because of their square shape, and I remember they had a very tasty flavor.

With this in mind, I wanted to recreate this type of preparation in a similar way, and I must say I succeeded. If you want to try it too, I assure you it’s very simple! You just need to season the ground meat with oil, salt, and parsley, then create double-layer patties with slices of salami and cheese inside.

A very valid alternative to classic burgers that you will really enjoy. Delicious to eat on a plate or why not? In a nice sandwich maybe topped with some sauce of your choice.
