Vegan Crunchy Bones (Bones of the Dead)

Vegan Crunchy Bones (Bones of the Dead)

These are somewhat hard cookies made without flour but with hazelnuts or almonds, and usually, egg whites are used, but in this version to make them vegan, I’ve replaced it with plant-based milk! I personally liked them a lot, and since this time I used hazelnuts, I think I’ll soon make the almond version!
