Mini Bananas
Well, I don’t know if you know them, but as a kid, I used to eat tons of these treats 😅. Since I recently found them around, I tried to recreate them in my own way using only TWO INGREDIENTS: banana and chocolate, the result: DELICIOUS!!! I’m telling you, once you start eating them, it’s hard to stop!! If you need a simple and quick dessert to prepare, try these delightful mini bananas. Moreover, they are also vegan and suitable for people with intolerances!

Ingredients for the mini bananas:
- 1 banana
- 7 oz dark chocolate
Steps
The preparation of the mini bananas is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to peel and cut the banana, I chose to cut it into three parts first, then into slices not too thin, and then cut them in half trying to maintain the curve (watch the video HERE). Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave, being careful not to burn it. Dip the banana slices into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them. Continue this way with all of them. Put them in the fridge for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.
