The persimmon and cocoa pudding keeps for 3-4 days in the fridge.
Tips
If you want a more “chocolaty” persimmon and cocoa pudding, you can increase the amount of cocoa. Taste to see if it’s still sweet enough, otherwise add some sugar.
Before pouring the mixture into the small bowls, you can add chocolate chips.
Instead of pistachio crumble, you can use any nut crumble you have or omit it completely.
