- 1.75 cups multigrain flour
- 6 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt

I grease a loaf pan with the appropriate release agent and proceed to slice a banana lengthwise, drizzling it with lemon juice to prevent it from darkening over time and set it aside.
To the banana and liquid mixture, I gradually add these “dry ingredients,” mixing well to obtain a smooth and homogeneous batter.
I pour everything into the loaf pan, add the banana sliced in half earlier, and the coarsely chopped dark chocolate.
I bake the sweet bread with banana and chopped dark chocolate at 340°F (170°C) for about 50/55 minutes or according to the characteristics of our home oven,
