A very tantalizing autumn recipe, a little different from the usual ones. I cooked the pumpkin and then covered it with a cheese sauce made with Gorgonzola and added speck and croutons. Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz speck
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic
  • pepper
  • pumpkin (Cooked)
  • 5.3 oz Gorgonzola
  • rosemary
  • 5.3 oz sour cream
  • 3.5 oz bread

Steps

The preparation of pumpkin with speck and Gorgonzola is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • In a pan, sauté the speck with some oil and set it aside. In the same pan, place the garlic, some rosemary, the bread cut into cubes

  • sauté (if needed, add a bit more oil). Meanwhile, in another pan, add the sour cream, Gorgonzola, and let it melt. Add salt and pepper to taste

  • cook for a few minutes. On a plate, place the slices of cooked pumpkin. Add the prepared cheese sauce on top, some speck, the croutons

  • and a bit of rosemary.
