Pumpkin with Speck and Gorgonzola
A very tantalizing autumn recipe, a little different from the usual ones. I cooked the pumpkin and then covered it with a cheese sauce made with Gorgonzola and added speck and croutons. A mix of combined ingredients that give life to a stellar recipe 🤩 so if you want to cook pumpkin in a more particular way try to make this recipe, you can also include it in your Halloween menu!

Ingredients
- 3.5 oz speck
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- pepper
- pumpkin (Cooked)
- 5.3 oz Gorgonzola
- rosemary
- 5.3 oz sour cream
- 3.5 oz bread
Steps
The preparation of pumpkin with speck and Gorgonzola is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a pan, sauté the speck with some oil and set it aside. In the same pan, place the garlic, some rosemary, the bread cut into cubes
sauté (if needed, add a bit more oil). Meanwhile, in another pan, add the sour cream, Gorgonzola, and let it melt. Add salt and pepper to taste
cook for a few minutes. On a plate, place the slices of cooked pumpkin. Add the prepared cheese sauce on top, some speck, the croutons
and a bit of rosemary.
