Sesame Chicken Nuggets
Chicken is undoubtedly the most consumed meat by all of us, but we often find ourselves cooking it the same way 😅. That’s why today I propose a very tasty little recipe that everyone will love (from adults to the little ones). I chose to make a batter with a mix of spices and then cover it with another mix of paprika, breadcrumbs, stock cube powder, salt, and sesame seeds because I love them ☺️. They turned out to be wonderful 😍. This time I chose to fry them, but if you want a lighter version, you can bake them or use an air fryer.

Ingredients for Sesame Chicken Nuggets:
- 4 eggs
- 2 oz milk
- 7 oz flour
- salt
- spices (To taste)
- 1 chicken breast
- paprika (Sweet and spicy)
- sesame
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- stock cube (Powdered)
Steps
The preparation of Sesame Chicken Nuggets is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, place the eggs, spices to taste, and beat. Add the flour, mixing to avoid lumps. Add the milk and mix.
Cut the chicken breast into strips. In a bowl, put some sweet and spicy paprika, sesame seeds, breadcrumbs, and powdered stock cube.
Mix. Dip the chicken strips first in the batter and then in the spice mix. Fry in hot oil for a few minutes.
Turn them and as soon as they are ready, place them on absorbent paper.
