Nutella® Shortcrust Pastry Ravioli

Here’s the story, I made a savory pie with vegetables and had a significant amount of shortcrust pastry left over. Since I absolutely hate wasting food, I immediately thought about what I could create.

First, I gathered all the leftover pastry into a sort of dough ball and rolled it out again with the help of a rolling pin to reach the same original thickness. Then I cut out discs with a cookie cutter and set them aside.

All this because I already had in mind to create some sweet treats filled with Nutella® to then cook in an air fryer and finally sprinkle with some powdered sugar. I must say, with much surprise, the result was excellent and greatly appreciated by everyone, especially the little ones.
