Meat and Pumpkin Meatballs in Air Fryer
Delicious meatballs made with the addition of pumpkin but WITHOUT EGGS and cooked in a hot air fryer, so a slightly lighter version as I avoided frying. Obviously, if you don’t have an air fryer, you can easily fry them or bake them in the oven. The meatballs have always been very popular and appreciated by everyone, so if you want a more particular version, try this one with pumpkin, especially since it’s its season. You can also include them in your Halloween menu 🎃.

The preparation of meat and pumpkin meatballs in air fryer is very simple and fast, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the cooked and mashed pumpkin, the meat, garlic powder, salt, parmesan, soaked and then squeezed bread, and mix well with your hands.
Take a bit of the mixture at a time and shape it into small balls with your hands. Flatten them slightly and put them in the air fryer basket. Continue until the mixture is finished. Cook at 356°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the size of your meatballs).
