For preparing rustic desserts, the Whole Wheat Shortcrust Pastry with 5 Grains is truly perfect. I have already used this type of flour to make Dipping Biscuits, so for the shortcrust pastry, I was confident knowing how good the flavor is and how excellent the result is. With this base, you can prepare cookies, pies, and practical mini tarts to take as a snack during school time.
