Quick Buns Ready in 30 Minutes

These quick buns ready in 30 minutes made with instant savory yeast Pizzaiolo are perfect for a snack for unexpected guests or an appetizer with cold cuts and cheese, and they are incredibly fast!

The recipe comes from the blog of my friend Monica, a fantastic baker, and I’ve just modified it by adding a few grams of EVO oil and a pinch of Maldon salt and rosemary needles just before baking in a preheated oven.

It’s an idea that can save us on busy days when unexpected guests arrive, and they pair* perfectly with sauces, savory mousses, and assorted cold cuts.

* the buns do, not the guests 😁
