Butter and Parmesan Spaghetti are incredibly creamy, not a simple recipe as you have to pay attention to the butter’s temperature and the moment of adding the parmesan to prevent it from curdling.

A simple main dish that is ready in the same time it takes to cook the pasta and if you want, you can make it slightly spicy by adding chili, or the classic version with plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
We ate them pure, Butter and Parmesan Spaghetti because I am allergic to black pepper, and I don’t really like spicy food.
Perfect for an evening when you come home from work tired and don’t want to spend too much time at the stove. You can put the pot full of water on the fire and while the pasta cooks, prepare the parmesan cream and voilà.
A dish rich in flavor and calories due to the butter and parmesan, which I recommend trying but not overdoing it.
