The oat flour pancakes without sugar are sweetened only with a banana. Additionally, these pancakes are made without dairy derivatives, making them great for those who are intolerant. Ruggeri’s oatmeal is high in fiber and protein, and also rich in vitamin B1 and low in glycemic index. It’s excellent for making pizzas, focaccias, bread, and all kinds of sweets from cakes to cookies to croissants.
