The apple and orange cake is a simple snack or breakfast dessert. Made without milk and butter, light and fluffy, it will delight your whole family. A cake prepared with few simple pantry ingredients: eggs, flour, sugar, and olive oil. For the oranges, I recommend using untreated ones so you can use the grated zest as well. This apple and orange cake keeps very well for 3-4 days, staying soft and fragrant. I also recommend the oil apple cake, simple and light, while those with a sweet tooth can try the apple mascarpone cake.
