How to prepare Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Prepare the Chocolate Chip Banana Bread by first peeling the bananas and mashing them into a puree with a fork in a bowl.
Add the melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
Mix the flour with the baking powder or baking soda.
Add it to the batter in 2-3 batches, mixing to combine everything well.Lastly, add 2/3 of the chocolate chips to the batter and mix to incorporate them perfectly.
Butter and flour a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper, and pour in the prepared batter (pan size 10x4x3 inches)
Level it and then distribute the remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F and cook for about 45-50 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick. If it comes out perfectly dry, your chocolate chip banana bread is ready; otherwise, extend the baking time.
Remove from the oven, let it cool before slicing and enjoying.
