The chocolate salami, also known as Turkish salami, English salami, or Turkish salami, is a salami-shaped dessert made with chocolate and biscuits. The recipe was first published in the 1970s under the name Viking salami in the “Grandma Duck” manual, a well-known cookbook for children. Today, this dessert is popular throughout Italy and suitable for all holidays. It is generally made with raw eggs, but in my version, I chose to omit them, and I also added toasted almonds.
