- lemon juice (about 2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp peanut oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
- white wine vinegar (about 2 tsp)

Place the pork slices in a bowl, pour over the lemon juice, oil, vinegar, salt, and preferred spices.
Mix and massage everything with your hands to distribute the marinade evenly.
Cover the bowl and let the meat marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the convection oven to 356°F.
Once the chops have rested, take them and place them in a suitably sized baking dish, pour the remaining marinade over them.
Bake in the preheated convection oven for about 25 minutes or until cooked. Halfway through cooking, remove the baking dish and turn the steaks over. To brown the surface, place the dish on a high rack in the oven.
Serve the baked pork chops hot, drizzling them with the sauce left in the baking dish.
