A super delicious and easy-to-prepare cup, the coffee and Nutella cream cup is the cream you don’t expect. A base of vanilla custard, an easy coffee mousse, and creamy, delicious Nutella. Easy and delicious, it can also be prepared the day before and served after lunch or dinner, and it is an irresistible dessert. The preparations are two, but they are extremely easy and delicious, and they really come together in a flash. I enriched it with cocoa cookie crumbs, which we can also alternate between layers, but we can also use chopped hazelnuts, almonds, or pistachios. If you’re not a fan of Nutella, we can omit it, although it makes these cups really too good. If you like coffee desserts, try this cremino! Sure, it’s a super rich cup, but it’s worth trying it every now and then. So let’s get to work and prepare the coffee and Nutella cream cup together.

Preparation of the Coffee and Nutella Cream Cup
Let’s prepare the custard: Heat 1 2/3 cups of milk in a saucepan. Separately, mix the egg yolks, sugar, flour, and the remaining cold milk. Add to the milk on the stove, add the vanilla, and mix until the cream coats the spoon. Let it cool.
Prepare the coffee by filling the boiler halfway and the filter completely. Add sugar and let it cool completely (better if you let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours). Whip the cream and, when semi-whipped, add the coffee slowly. Continue whipping until you get a dense mousse.
Heat the Nutella in a bain-marie to make it nice and creamy. In a cup or single-serving glasses, place a layer of cream, a bit of Nutella, and then the coffee mousse. Decorate with more Nutella and top with crumbled cookies or chopped hazelnuts. Keep in the fridge until serving.
Storage
You can keep the cup in the fridge for a couple of days.
