The cocoa crepes can be a delicious breakfast or a simple dessert, as they can be prepared up to 2 days in advance, stored in the fridge covered with plastic wrap, and warmed up for 10 seconds in the microwave before serving and filling. You can also make these crepes with plant-based milk in the same quantities, making them suitable for those intolerant or allergic to cow’s milk. They are generally enjoyed sweet, but try them with a mushroom and gorgonzola filling, they will be exquisite.
