A tasty and flavorful side dish, the fresh garlic mushrooms are great for accompanying both meat and fish. Fresh garlic has a delicate flavor and is much more digestible than dried garlic, it can also be eaten raw. I chose simple champignon mushrooms, but any other mushroom cooked this way is truly delicious. For mushroom lovers, I recommend trying the raw mushroom salad or the Mushroom Soup.
