Steps for the Preparation of the Zucchini Roll with Pizza Flavor

  • Wash the zucchini, remove the ends, and slice them not too thin. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the zucchini slices side by side. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, salt, and drizzle with a little oil. Bake at 356°F fan-forced, for about 20 minutes.
