Wash, trim, and cut the zucchini into regular pieces (slices, cubes, or sticks).
Place them in a bowl, season with oil, salt, and herbs as desired.
Finally, arrange the zucchini on the air fryer tray in a single layer. Cook at 356°F for 8 minutes, no need to preheat.
