Ingredients
- 3 Eggs (Whole)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- Half packet baking powder
- 7 oz White spread
- to taste Nutella®
- to taste Toasted hazelnuts
- 2 Kinder Bueno

Steps
Soft Base Preparation
Pour the whole eggs and sugar into a bowl or stand mixer. Beat with an electric mixer or whisk for at least 10 minutes until you get a light and frothy mixture.
Add the milk and sunflower oil and mix at low speed, still using the electric mixer.
Sift the cocoa, flour, and baking powder.
Continue mixing.
Grease a smart mold for soft tart with butter or cover with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and level it with a spatula. Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for 20 minutes on the lower rack of the oven. After this time, open the oven, test the cooking of the tart base with a toothpick, and if it is cooked, remove it from the oven.
Tart Preparation
Moisten the tart base with a syrup made with water, sugar, and half a glass of rum. Spread the previously softened white chocolate cream, in the microwave or bain-marie. Put the Nutella in a piping bag and make circles. With a skewer or toothpick, make stripes.
Decorate with Kinder Bueno and hazelnuts.
The tart is ready to be enjoyed!
