  • 1 Bowl bowl
  • 1 Pot pot

Steps for easy Neapolitan pasta frittata

  • In a pot, bring water to a boil. Once boiling, add salt and put in the pasta.

While the pasta is cooking, break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper, and Parmesan and beat quickly with a fork.

  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it well and put it back in the pot. Now, we need to wait a few minutes to allow it to cool slightly. This way, the egg, once added to the pasta, will not coagulate.

Once the pasta is slightly cooled, pour the contents of the bowl with the egg into the pot and, using two forks, mix everything well.

  • At this point, add the cold cuts and diced cheese to the pot. Mix everything well so that all the ingredients are combined.

  • Place the pan on the stove and grease it with a drizzle of oil. Heat it well.
Pour the pasta with all the ingredients into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
Flip the frittata using a lid and cook the other side as well.
