- 1/2 cube jelly broth
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1/2 cup fresh cream

FOR THE PREPARATION OF CREAMY LEEKS RECIPE
First, you need to clean the vegetable well, removing the root part of the leeks and the upper green part.
I wash well and then slice the leeks lengthwise and start cooking this side dish.
In a saucepan, I put the butter, and when it’s melted, I add the sliced leeks.
Let it flavor, then add the water where I dissolved the jelly broth, and continue cooking for 10/12 minutes, adjusting with salt and pepper over moderate heat.
Remove from heat and add the cream.
Adjust the seasoning and bring to the table.
If the creamy leeks side dish is a bit liquid, you can sprinkle with a tablespoon of flour, and after a few minutes, the dish is ready to accompany the meals.
