Steps for Preparing the Creamy Dessert with Blueberries

  • Prepare the custard. In a saucepan, work the yolks with the sugar. Add the flour and a bit of milk, stirring with a hand whisk until you get a cream. Add the remaining hot milk, the grated zest of half an organic lemon, and, continuing to stir, cook over low heat until the cream thickens. Cover with BPA and PVC-free film in contact and let it cool completely.

  • Cook the blueberries: Wash them and put them in a saucepan with the sugar, zest, and juice of half a filtered lemon. Cook for about ten minutes and let cool. Whip the cream with the sugar. Add the cream cheese (like Philadelphia) and work again with the electric whisks until you get a thick cream.

  • In a baking dish, place a layer of cookies. Soak them with milk. Put half of the cream. Another layer of cookies and milk cream. Add another layer of cookies, then cream, cookies, and milk cream. Finish with the blueberries and place in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before serving.
