Spoon desserts are a great idea to give a sophisticated touch to lunch, and making them in individual servings makes the presentation even more elegant, don’t you think?
I added a dollop of whipped cream and crumbles, but we could also use ready-made topping on the dessert, always adding the crunchy note of nut crumbles!

- 0.25 oz gelatin sheets
- 1 cup fresh liquid cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3.5 oz pistachio cream

PREPARATION FOR PISTACHIO PANNA COTTA RECIPE
First, I put the gelatin in cold water to rehydrate and soften.
In a saucepan, I put the cream with the sugar.
On low heat, I warm the liquid without bringing it to a boil.
Now I turn off the heat, squeeze the gelatin very well, and immerse it in the hot liquid to quickly melt in the cream and sugar mixture.
In a small bowl or cup, I put the pistachio cream and add a ladle of still hot liquid, and with a spoon, I mix the two consistencies well.
I add the rest of the cream and distribute the pistachio panna cotta to set in appropriate cupcake liners or ceramic ramekins.
Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator to rest for at least 4 hours.
When ready to serve, whip some cream (or quickly use spray cream) to put on the spoon desserts turned out and placed on individual plates.
To complete everything, add chopped pistachios and immediately bring to the table for my guests!
