Radish Appetizers

  • 4 radishes
  • to taste mustard
  • to taste apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  • to taste maple syrup (or honey for vegetarians)

Tools

  • 1 Knife smooth blade for vegetables

Radish Appetizers

  • Clean the radishes

With a smooth blade knife, remove the leaves and thin root from the radishes, then wash them very well.

    Prepare the dressing

In a small bowl, mix the ingredients together. Adjust the consistency to create a creamy dressing. I did not add salt.

    Compose

Cut the radishes in half and pour a little sauce over them.

Garnish with small edible flowers, dried petals, parsley, or chives.
