The soft coffee cake is a dessert suitable for coffee lovers.

Unlike many, I don’t drink coffee because I don’t particularly like it.

However, I love it in cappuccino and, of course, in desserts in general.

Having, as usual, finished the breakfast cake, I decided to prepare this soft cake 😉

Prepared without butter and eggs but with coffee, this cake has a delicious flavor.

Unfortunately, I used doses for a 20 cm pan, so it was finished quickly.

Therefore, I recommend doubling the doses for a 24 – 26 cm pan because it’s very good.

I guess I’ll make it often 😀

The soft coffee cake is ideal for dipping in milk or tea 🙂

Ingredients for the Soft Coffee Cake

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup coffee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • to taste powdered sugar

Tools

  • 1 Coffee Maker
  • 1 Bowl
  • 1 Spatula
  • Parchment Paper
  • 1 Cake Pan

Steps for the Soft Coffee Cake

  • Prepare the coffee and set it aside.

    In a bowl, pour the flour, sugar, and baking powder, and stir with a spatula.

    Add the yogurt, vegetable oil, and coffee and continue stirring until a homogeneous mixture is formed.

    Line a cake pan with parchment paper, pour the mixture, and level it well with a spatula.

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F in static mode and bake the soft coffee cake for about 50 minutes.

    Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.

    The cake is ready to be served.
