Soft apple cake with cream without butter a special batter that melts in your mouth from the first bite, great as a breakfast dessert but also for a tasty snack accompanied by a good cup of tea, a delight that even children love.
It’s made with whipping cream which makes this cake unique, and as with all desserts, there are different variations like the cream and chocolate bundt cake or the strawberry cream cake not to mention the fantastic rustic apple and cream tart and in some cases, you don’t even need electric beaters, just a bowl.
However, apples play a fundamental role because they make the cake cozy and remind a lot of the apple yogurt cake that grandma used to make, but if you don’t want to add them, you can leave it in its simplicity. Anyway, I suggest you try it and I’m sure it will become your favorite dessert. Now all you need is to gather all the ingredients and try this delight.

Tools
HERE’S WHAT WE NEED
- 1 Electric beater
Steps
LET’S PREPARE THE CAKE
Separate the yolks from the egg whites and beat the egg whites until stiff, then set aside. Beat the yolks with the sugar until they are fluffy, then add the oil and flavoring. Gradually add the flour with the baking powder, sieved, the mixture will be very dense but don’t worry. Fold in the egg whites from the bottom up, and finally, whip the cream and gently add it to the mixture being careful not to deflate it. Add half an apple cut into cubes and mix. The batter will be much softer. Pour it into a greased and floured cake pan, I used a 9.5 inch bundt cake pan, decorate with thinly sliced apple pieces, and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes but adjust with your oven and do the toothpick test. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
FOR A GOOD RESULT OF THE RECIPE USE FRESH INGREDIENTS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
