LET’S PREPARE THE ZEPPOLE

  • For both the dough and the cream, you can follow this recipe

    Place the zeppole in the air fryer basket and cook according to the oven program. Mine, 13 minutes at 356°F with the dessert program, and then increase to 392°F for another 7/8 minutes. In the last few minutes, remove the parchment paper. Once cooled, fill them with the piping bag, decorate with strawberries, and dust with powdered sugar.
