- 1 package phyllo dough
- 2 pear
- 2 eggs
- 7 oz camembert (or brie)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- to taste thyme
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- to taste butter (about 1 tbsp)
- to taste honey (or agave syrup at the time of tasting)

FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE SAVORY PIE WITH PHYLLO DOUGH, PEARS, AND CHEESE
I take each sheet of phyllo and fold it accordion-style, placing each folded sheet in the square pan lined with parchment paper and lightly buttered that I have chosen for making this savory pie.
I randomly place pear slices and cheese slices in the folds, trying to cover almost the entire surface of the phyllo dough.
I beat the eggs with the cream, seasoning with salt and pepper, and carefully insert it into the accordion folds of the savory pie with pears and cheese on a phyllo base.
I add a few thyme leaves and then bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or according to the specifications of our home oven!
The cheese and pear pie will remain crispy on the surface and creamy, soft, and flavorful inside where the cheese slices will melt with the pear chunks.
And as you know… pears and cheese are a superb combination!!!!!
