A healthy and nutritious breakfast or snack, the tiramisu porridge is very easy to prepare and too good. Like all porridges, it is made with oatmeal; another delicious one is the apple version, soaked in coffee and garnished with a delicious Greek yogurt or soy yogurt cream. I used agave syrup to sweeten, but any sweetener you prefer will be fine. Let’s get to work and prepare the tiramisu porridge together.

Steps for preparing tiramisu porridge
First, prepare the coffee. This type of preparation does not require cooking like other porridges, but just resting. It is called overnight porridge. In a jar, put the rolled oats. Add the coffee and oat milk (whichever you prefer). Sweeten to taste and leave to rest for at least 8 hours.
Mix the Greek yogurt or soy yogurt with a sweetener to taste. Pour the yogurt over the oats. You can eat it immediately or cover it and let it rest in the fridge.
Just before serving, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder.
Storage
The porridge keeps for a couple of days in the refrigerator.
