  • 1/4 cup coffee
  • 1/4 cup oat milk

Steps for preparing tiramisu porridge

  • First, prepare the coffee. This type of preparation does not require cooking like other porridges, but just resting. It is called overnight porridge. In a jar, put the rolled oats. Add the coffee and oat milk (whichever you prefer). Sweeten to taste and leave to rest for at least 8 hours.

  • Mix the Greek yogurt or soy yogurt with a sweetener to taste. Pour the yogurt over the oats. You can eat it immediately or cover it and let it rest in the fridge.

  • Just before serving, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder.

Storage

The porridge keeps for a couple of days in the refrigerator.
