  • 1 cabbage
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste chopped parsley

Steps for preparing cabbage cutlets

  • First, clean the cabbage and remove the outer leaves. Cut it into slices no more than about 3/4 inch thick and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs with two to three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper. You can also add your favorite herbs. In another bowl, mix olive oil and soy sauce.

  • Season the cabbage slices with the oil and soy sauce emulsion. Sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture and bake in a static oven at 356°F for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Storage

You can store the cutlets in the fridge for two or three days.
