The advantages of air fryer cooking are many: no need to preheat the oven, cooking is faster, more economical, and healthier (very little fat is needed), fewer pots and dishes to clean, and no smoke or odors.
Please note that temperature and cooking times are approximately indicative, as much depends on your type of air fryer. However, the recipes on my blog are all thoroughly tested by me first, so they are more than reliable. Still, I recommend checking the cooking occasionally to better adjust the times and temperature to your fryer.

Steps for Air Fryer Caramelized Apples
Wash the apples, core them, and peel them. Then roll them in a mix of whole cane sugar and cinnamon, filling the core hole with sugar too.
Gently place the apples in the air fryer basket, lined with a non-perforated disposable air fryer liner.
Set the air fryer temperature to 356°F and program the cooking for about 20 minutes, then at 392°F for another 10 minutes.
Once cooked and caramelized, place the apples on a plate, possibly with the help of special air fryer tongs.
Slice the apples and serve them possibly still warm. Ideal as a quick and healthy snack.
Shopping Tips!!!
Personally, I love using the Cosori Air Fryer, with a large 5.7-liter basket, 13 functions, and optimal hot air circulation for crispy outside and soft inside.
A healthier way to cook because it separates and captures excess fat (delicious healthy meals with up to 97% less fat). Halves cooking time compared to a conventional oven, with significant economic and time savings. All parts are easily removable and dishwasher-safe. Highly recommended!
These are very useful Disposable air fryer parchment liners, without holes, they don’t dirty the fryer, but hot air circulates because they are very thin. Moreover, they are oil and water-resistant, non-stick, do not burn, and can also be used in a conventional oven.
Often, I also use this handy perforated parchment paper for air fryer, non-stick, easy to clean, can also be used in a conventional oven.
Recently, I’ve also discovered these useful non-stick grill mats for air fryer, they are reusable and protect the air fryer from scratches and dirt.
This apple corer with sharp blades and automatic release is very handy.

FAQ (Questions and Answers)
How to store baked caramelized apples?
Let the apples cool down and then store them in a closed container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. You can also freeze them sliced for 2-3 months.
Parchment paper for air fryer: which one to choose?
If using the air fryer for foods that drip (such as batter), it’s better to use non-perforated parchment liners (the paper is very light, and air and heat circulate just the same). If the foods to be cooked in the air fryer are dry and don’t drip, it’s preferable to use perforated parchment paper.
Recently, I’ve also discovered very useful perforated, non-stick mats for air fryers, they can replace parchment paper and protect the air fryer well. (See Shopping Tips above).
