How to Cook Oven-baked Sausages with Vegetables
Thoroughly wash all the vegetables, then cut the bell peppers into pieces, removing the tough parts. Also, cut the onions, carrots, and tomatoes into pieces.
Place all the vegetables in a large bowl and season with oil, spices, and breadcrumbs, mixing well.
Prepare a baking sheet or dish with parchment paper as a base. Arrange the sausages and then add the seasoned vegetables to the tray.
Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes. If you notice the sausages are cooking too quickly, remove them and leave the vegetables in grill mode for another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot!
